Book donations
This section looks at two case studies of book donations by Thomas Hatton and Gertrude Vincent. This shows how the community gave what they had to build up the University that stands today and that money was not the most important aspect of the various gifts and donations. Many of the books donated by Thomas Hatton and Gertrude Vincent are still in Special Collections today.
