The original logo of Leicester's community-led Radio Carnival FM, launched in the summer of 1994 in the run-up to the 10th anniversary of the annual Caribbean Carnival.
The short-lived station was launched to broadcast Afro-Caribbean music and political discussions for 18 hours a day for 28 days over August 1994. The station was based in Highfields at the Imani Ujima Centre.
