The best advice is to write a list of questions down. There is a problem – so, for example, if I don't know anything about making cheese, I'm going to have to find some information about it, and this is where the Internet is really useful, because before the Internet I couldn't just go to a computer and type in, ‘How do you make cheese?’, I would have to go to the library and find a book about cheese making, and that takes time. So, you have to adapt sometimes, and you have general questions. Even if you don't know about cheese making, you can still say, ‘Tell me how you make cheese’, and you can come up with some commonsense questions about how did you start? Is this a family, you know, family business? What do you like best about it? What do you like worst about it? How has the business changed over the years, so there's a whole load of general questions. But, the tricky thing is because you don't know anything about cheese making, you don't know whether this is, you know, when someone's telling you things, you don't know whether, is that normal? Is that unusual? I don't know. So, it helps to know something about the subject, but you don't always. Especially when people say, ‘You should interview my grandmother, she's fascinating’. You don't know anything about the grandmother. So, you just have to turn up and say, and just ask these general questions, and the more you do it, the more you have in your head, the follow up questions that you could ask. Like, ‘Was this normal? Did everybody do that or was it just you?’ That sort of thing, you know, so you get better the more you do it, but always have a list of questions to start off with, yeah.
